5. Prohibited Conduct

• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity conducted through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the dk888 platform or its software.
• Engaging in any behaviour that disrupts the experience of other users or the normal operation of the platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to misrepresent your geographic location where this violates platform access rules.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

dk888 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard and are subject to change with notice.

• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. USDT TRC20 deposits require standard network confirmations on the TRON blockchain, typically 10–60 minutes.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification (see Section 4). Only the payment method used for the original deposit may be used for withdrawal of the corresponding funds, subject to platform discretion.

Bets and gaming transactions are final once confirmed. dk888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted, except in cases of clear manifest error as determined solely by dk888.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the dk888 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

dk888's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
